CUSTOMER CARE

BASICS
The Ritzy Gift  processes online orders Monday through Friday, 1-to-2 business days of order placement, unless otherwise indicated in product description. Orders that are placed between 1 PM EST Friday through 11:59 PM EST Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Should an order need to be placed on hold for any reason, we will contact you within 1 business day to collect information necessary to expedite the order. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days after contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. Credit card orders must be verified and will not be processed otherwise.

RETURNS OVERVIEW
The Ritzy Gift accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items, but  Giftsetcetera will pay for shipping exchanged items (this is limited to one exchange per order).
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:

  • Please confirm your items are eligible for return; final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (items listed as “final sale” or marked down 50% or more are considered final sale).
  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition, in the original box or packaging, and unworn.
  • Shipping labels must be attached to generic packaging, not merchandise packaging, like a shoebox.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
